Gem-Minders™
Each
Gem-Minder™ has a story embedded with
meaning. As you experience the lessons for yourself,
you may add to this. Each Gem-Minder™
has 7 primary beads, signifying “7 days
of creation.”
You’ll notice each
Gem-Minder™ also has a “spiral”
symbol. This represents the labyrinth, a meditation
practice used centuries ago to “go within”
for the answers. Your power of “inner
choice” is inside of you. This emblem
reminds us to always “go within”
for our answers as it relates to each of the
lesson it is associated with.
Most of the Gem-Minders™
also have a Sun, Moon & Stars emblem. This
emblem means, “the sun, the moon and the
stars are looking out over you.” This

Colors

Lesson
#1 – The Power of the NOW –
“Now”

The
Buddha summarizes the essence of this
lesson by saying, “The secret
to health for both mind and body is
not to mourn for the past, not to
worry about the future, or not to
anticipate troubles, but to live the
present moment wisely and earnestly.”

Blue
is everyone’s favorite color
according to one study. A favorite
makes it easy for us to focus –
because we love it. The blue also
represents the water and sky which
is all around us. Blue also represents
the 5th chakra – speaking,
expressing and being oneself, right
now.
- Moons
represent the feminine “being”
energy and encourages us to “be
who we are” in the moment. The
moons are in all of the colors of
the chakras, which represents complete
balance in energy, health and life.
When we live in the NOW – we
automatically become balanced.
- Butterflies
represent transformation, which represents

of the past or future to the present
moment. We are always coming back
to the present moment.

Vibrations”

vs. “feeling bad.” It’s
about transforming bad feelings into
good ones.
